Subscription, Pre-Order and Try-Before-You-Buy Policy
Certain products available through our store may be offered on a subscription basis, as a pre-order, or under a try-before-you-buy arrangement. This policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, changes, and payments for these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a product on a subscription basis, you agree to receive recurring deliveries of that product according to the delivery schedule and billing frequency selected at the time of purchase.
By enrolling in a subscription:
- You authorise us to securely store your payment method and automatically charge the applicable subscription fees at the selected billing interval.
- Subscription payments will continue until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with this policy.
- Certain subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the selected subscription period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through the link provided in your order confirmation email or through your customer account (where applicable). Changes or cancellations will apply to future billing cycles and may not affect orders that have already been processed.

Pre-Orders
A pre-order allows you to purchase a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available for shipment.
When placing a pre-order:
- We may collect full payment, partial payment, or a deposit at the time of checkout.
- Alternatively, we may store your payment method and charge the remaining balance when the item becomes available, and the order is ready for fulfilment.
Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time prior to fulfilment. Once the order has been fulfilled and dispatched, the order may no longer be cancelled. However, you may request a return or refund in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy.
Try Before You Buy
For products offered under a try-before-you-buy arrangement, we will authorise your payment method for the value of the product prior to shipment. This authorisation ensures the payment method is valid but does not constitute an immediate charge.
You will be provided with a specified evaluation period during which you may decide whether to keep or return the item.
If you choose to return the product within the allowed period, the authorisation will be released, and no charge will be applied, subject to compliance with our return conditions.
If the product is not returned within the specified evaluation period, we will automatically charge your payment method for the full purchase price of the item.
