2. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind due to hygiene reasons, including:
- Opened or used razors
- Opened blade refills
- Grooming or personal care items
Please choose carefully before purchasing.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We will offer a replacement or refund if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is faulty
- You received the wrong product
To request this, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
4. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Must not be opened (for hygiene reasons)
- Proof of purchase is required
5. Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 3–7 business days for processing
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened razor blades
- Used grooming products
- Personal care items once opened
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
